_{I was gifted with stronger calves that made me dislike them when I was younger thanks to fashion TV and similar media skeleton ads that would brainwash you in no time. Years later, when I was 12, I moved to gym and workouts, sports, I loved them. They helped me actually. The moral of this story, sugar is not your enemy.
